PART 5 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Some items may only be available online and may have limited quantities. All returns are subject to our return policy.
Discount codes issued due to sizing or fit issues are non-refundable. Products purchased using such codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We aim to display product colors and details accurately, but monitor settings may affect color perception.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders from any individual or region and to discontinue products without notice.
Though every watch is carefully handmade, slight natural variations may occur and are part of their uniqueness.
Delivery
If your package is not collected within 14 days, we may charge 50% of the purchase price for handling.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please first check with your local delivery provider. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, provide documentation and we’ll assist accordingly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered,” but we are happy to assist with a replacement after review.
Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Our fulfillment center is based in Asia.
To begin a return, contact us at support@thompson-watches.com with your order number and a short explanation.
Order Processing Policy
Orders are processed promptly after payment is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately — we will do our best to help, but once your order enters the shipping process, changes may not be possible.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we cannot issue a refund. However, we are happy to resend it free of charge once a correct address is provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
Reshipment Policy
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please email us with your order details and include photos or video if applicable.
Once a resolution (such as a reshipment or partial refund) has been provided, no further refunds or compensation will be issued for the same issue.
Discount Usage & Promotions:
It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly apply discount codes or follow the required steps to participate in promotional actions. For example, in a “1+1” promotion, the customer must add two items to the cart in order for the discount to apply. If the steps are not completed correctly, the discount or promotion will not be granted, and no retroactive compensation can be provided. We will always do our best to clearly communicate the necessary steps so customers can benefit from available discounts and promotions.
PART 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to cancel any order or limit the quantity per customer, household, or order.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date billing and shipping information.
