How long will it take to receive my order?

Since all watches are handmade with care and precision, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
After your watch has been assembled and inspected, it will be shipped directly to you. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we are happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing Thompson Watches and supporting our small business.


Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your watch is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your order from our workshop to your doorstep.


What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your watch, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, the watch must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!
We’re proud to ship our handmade watches worldwide. International shipping times and fees may vary based on your location. If you’re outside of our main shipping zones and want to place an order, just contact us for more details.


How should I care for my watch?

Each watch is crafted to last — with just a little care, yours will stay beautiful for years to come.

  • Avoid moisture and extreme temperatures whenever possible

  • Wipe the case and strap gently with a soft, dry cloth

  • If your watch has a leather strap, condition the leather every few months to maintain its quality

Can I customize a watch?

While we don’t currently offer custom builds, we always love hearing your ideas. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to email us at support@thompson-watches.com, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
You can also pay securely using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us as soon as possible at support@thompson-watches.com.
If your watch has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
