Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Thompson Watches, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every handmade timepiece we create. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to start a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to process returns or exchanges.

Cancellations:
Order cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed.

Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unworn, in the original condition, and sent back in its original packaging.

Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at support@thompson-watches.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the item.

Please note:

  • We do not offer free returns

  • Returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in Asia


Refunds

Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined based on the condition of the returned item.

Processing:
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing can take several days

  3. Contact your bank for further confirmation

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@thompson-watches.com.


Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your watch for the same model, email us at support@thompson-watches.com, and we’ll assist you through the exchange process.
