Your Satisfaction Matters to Me

At Thompson Watches, I’m committed to delivering handmade watches of the highest quality. If your watch isn’t quite what you expected, I’ll do everything I can to make it right. Once your order is placed, I begin processing it right away to ensure prompt and careful fulfillment.


Returns

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to start a return. After this period, I’m no longer able to accept returns or exchanges. Please note: cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.

Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in its original, unworn condition and include all original packaging.

How to Return:
To start a return, email me at support@thompson-watches.com with your order number and a short explanation of the reason. I’ll send you clear instructions on where and how to return the watch.

Please note: I do not cover return shipping costs. All returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in Asia.


Refunds

Assessment:
Once your return is received, I’ll inspect the watch to ensure it meets the return criteria. You’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know whether the refund has been approved.

Processing Time:
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary

  • Reach out to your bank to see if it’s still processing

Still no refund? Just email me at support@thompson-watches.com and I’ll look into it personally.


Exchanges

For Damaged or Defective Watches:
If your watch arrives damaged or with a defect, I’m happy to replace it. Just send an email to support@thompson-watches.com with your order details and photos of the issue. I’ll guide you through the exchange process.
